1. You will need the following to do the reservation:

  1. Personal interview.
  2. Registration form (Ask for it by e-mail).
  3. A photo.
  4. A copy of your passport.
  5. A copy of last year’s academic reports.
  6. A copy of the university’s admission and its payment for the current year.
  7. Spanish bank account details.
  8. International Health insurance details.
Here you have the necessary steps to begin your reservation at our residence.

Once all the above documents have been correctly received, we will tell you so and for the reservation to be confirmed, you will need to:
 
  1. Pay the 370 Euros registration fee, which is non-refundable.
  2. Pay the deposit of 912 Euros which will be returned at the end of your stay (date established in the registration form) and having reviewed the state of the room and no damage has been caused by the incorrect use or carelessness (for example: spilling something on furniture or the bed causing irreparable damage). Any damages and the final clean will be charged. This amount does not go towards the last month’s payment.

Once these payments have been made, they will not be refunded. This includes the following cases: whether you choose not to take the room, because the personal documents are incorrect, due to leaving the residence before the due date established in the registration form (whatever the reason), nor in the case of being expelled.

The transfer of both the registration fee and the deposit will be made to the bank account given in a separate document, in the name of Residencia Maria, Reina de la Pau and including the student’s full name. The payment must be exact and the transfer costs must be paid by the person doing the transfer.

  2. Safety: A safe place, with security company and surveillance cameras, with a community of Dominican Sisters of the Presentation who live in the same house and who can see to emergencies 24 hours a day.

  4. Clean: In addition to the daily cleaning of all common areas, we include the weekly cleaning of the rooms and change of sheets and towels.
  5. Homemade food: We offer a varied diet, prepared in a homemade and balanced way. Throughout the course or sporadically during exam periods or when required.
  6. Location: In the heart of the city, next to the town hall, with excellent communication and in a neighborhood where you will find everything and enjoy its beauty.
