- Monthly payment will be done in advance during the first five days of the month, normally by direct debit. If payment is done by transfer, the bank charges must be paid by the person doing the transfer. The person who does not pay by the deadline will be advised and will have five days to pay in cash and a 10€ surcharge. If you do not pay, the deposit will be used and you will be asked to leave the residence the next day and you will lose the deposit and any other payments already made.
- Bookings are for the full academic year (academic year Spanish-September-June-), in September you will pay for the proportion of September, from your arrival date and the monthly payment corresponding to the month of June. The rest of the months are paid fully, whether there are holidays, or the student is away for a period of time; there will not be discounts. If you wish to stay in July, these days are paid separately and per day. If possible in a short book (less than 9 months) the monthly payment increases by 150 euros.
- If a student leaves the room for good during the academic year without reaching the agreed date on the inscription form, she will have to pay the fee for that month, and she will lose her deposit and months paid in advance. Any damages will be paid separately.
- On the last day of your stay, the room must be vacated before 3 p.m.
When the academic year begins these conditions are complemented with the internal regulations.
